Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
After sewing the canopy to the frame, loose threads may protrude from the sleeve and frame tips. Our workers will then use scissors to trim these excess threads.
Quality Control Procedures
After all the raw materials come to our warehouse, our QC team will perform the chemical test to meet the REACH standard. Before the mass production, we have to make sure the frame, handle, and fabric are all in good condition.
Origin of Materials and Components
Our fabrics, frames, and handles are all from a domestic supplier in China. Some of the fabric will come from the Taiwan region.

Machinery and Equipment Used
Such machines is being done to sew the canopy into the frame tips. It will improve 3x times quickly than man-made sewing. and the machine can cut down the threads automatically.

Our factory is located in Tongand District, Xiamen city, China. We have over 150 skilled workers and offer OEM, ODM for the world clients.
Procedures and Practices
1. When using such machine, first we need to adjust the length by different frames.
2. We have to use the same color thread with the fabric color, e.g if the fabric is red, then our thread will match it too.
3. The top of the canopy will be reinforced sewing to make the panels sturdy.

Umbrella making process
The process of how to make a high quality umbrella. The first we need to cut the fabric into panels including 6 panels, 8 panels or even more. The second we have to sew the panel into a whole canopy. The third step will be sewing the canopy into the frame. Last we need to QC every piece of the umbrella and fold them before packing. Sometimes we have to hang the price ticket and pack them by single box.
